Fruited Yogurt is a tasty solution for a healthy breakfast or an afternoon snack.

How to Make Fruited Yogurt with Photo Instructions

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup fresh fruit such as blueberries, sliced strawberries etc.
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons sugar, honey or the equivalent of a sugar substitute*
  • 3/4 cup good quality** plain yogurt, low fat or regular

Preparation:

Place the fruit in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with sweetener. Smash fruit with fork. Stir in yogurt. Serve immediately or can refrigerate overnight.

Notes in the Margin:

*When watching calories, I've used Splenda instead of sugar.
**Try to get Greek yogurt, if possible. It's got a better taste and texture than regular yogurts.

Serves One.
