Aromas of freshly brewed tea and baked goods fill your nose. Before you have a chance to finish glancing around the shop, a handsome, older gentleman greets you carrying a teapot in one hand and a white linen napkin in the other. He motions you to table near the window.

Yield: 2 Cups Devonshire Cream
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Preparation:
Beat the whipping cream for 2 to 3 minutes, until still. Mix in the sour cream and powdered sugar. Serve as a topping your favorite scones.
