This shortbread recipe uses a powdered sugar instead of granulated in it.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- ---
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teapsoon cinnamon
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 9-inch square pan. Mix first set of ingredients with mixer at medium speed. Pat dough into pan. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over shortbread. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into bars while warm.
