This recipe for Peach Cream Pie is made with heavy cream.

- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 4 to 5 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 cup heavy cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place slices in unbaked pie shell in a single layer. In a small bowl, mix together sugar, flour and nutmeg. Sprinkle over peach slices. Pour heavy cream evenly over peach slices. Bake for 10 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes longer. Cool pie on wire rack. Makes one 9-inch pie.
