- 3 eggs, beaten until light
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 lemons, juiced
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pastry shell, unbaked
