Fudge Brownie Pie

The Fudge Brownie Pie is so rich and fudgy. It doesn't seem to matter if I use a store bought brownie mix or make it from scratch. Each and every time I make this delicious recipe, people flip. More than just brownies, I know you'll enjoy this recipe for Brownie Pie, too.

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Cook Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 9" pie shell, homemade or store bought
  • 1-23 ounce brownie mix, or homemade recipe
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup chopped nuts, lightly toasted, optional

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine brownie mix, water and egg and beat until smooth. Fold in nuts. Pour mixture into shell. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until puffed and brown. Cool.

It's best served warm with whipped or ice cream.

Typical servings for 8.
