Carroll Pellegrinelli has been the About.com Desserts and Baking Guide since 1997. She has cooked both professionally and privately for most of her life.
Experience:
Carroll has been creaming her butters and sugars since she was tall enough to reach the kitchen counter. As an adult, she and her husband owned and operated a successful catering and personal-chef service called What's For Dinner?, Inc. Carroll also co-chaired and edited a community cookbook. She has created hundreds of recipes for this website. Carroll is also writing her family's history through recipes.
