Lagasse. He actually cooked our meal in his first restaurant Emeril's in New
Orleans. You don't know how excited I was to find out that he finally was
publishing a cookbook with some of the recipes from his restaurants. I just love
this book. Not only does Emeril share some of the most requested recipes, but
he's added a couple extra ones too. In my feature, you find not only the
complete review, but a list of some of the fantastic dishes in his book.
