Did You Know That Cranberries...

Were cultivated around the 1800's on Cape Cod (Massachusetts)?

Last a long time due to their high vitamin C content and their waxy coating?

Are separated by their bounce? Good bouncers are good cranberries.

Are either dry or wet harvested?

That are dry harvested are sold as fresh cranberries? Wet harvested ones are sold for processing.

Can be kept in the freezer all year long. Since the bags fresh cranberries come in have holes, be sure to put them in a resealable freezer bags.
