Best
Old Fashioned Desserts
Talk about the democratic process... You, my wonderful readers,
offered the types of dessert recipes you wanted in a contest. Then you
chose which of the entrants you wanted for a contest. Now, it's
time to submit your recipes for the Best Old Fashioned Dessert.
The contest begins Tuesday, July 24, 2001. To enter just complete the Recipe Submission Form by
Friday, August 3, 2001. If I receive more than one of the same recipe, I will
publish the first one received.
All entries will be posted on my site by Wednesday,
August 8, 2001. Anyone who visits that page will have the opportunity to vote on their choice for the
Best Old Fashioned Dessert. (Contestants - Don't forget to tell your friends and relatives to vote, since they are the ones who
know and love the dessert recipe you've entered.)
To give everyone a chance to sample these wonderful recipes, the polls won't
close until August 19, 2001. (If there is a tie, I will make the final decision.)
The winner, of a truly cool About t-shirt, will be announced on August 21, 2001.
