Angel Food cakes have been around forever. They are naturally made low fat by using only stiffly, beaten egg whites. Light and airy like a sponge cake, they are just as versatile, too. Eat them alone, like the recipes below or top them with ice cream, put them in a trifle, or serve them with fresh fruit. Use your imagination and you can come up with other combinations.
