6 eggs
4 cups of milk
1 cup of sugar (more or less to taste)
4-5 slices of bread
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 cup of grand Marnier or amaretto

dash of cinnamon before baking over top of bread
Beat everything except the bread in a blender; ingredients should come almost to
the top if not add milk. Whip until frothy poor into a deep Pyrex dish
preferably oval; soak bread and let rise to the top, sprinkle cinnamon and
places in a larger pan with water at least 1-1.5 inches high. Bake at 360
for 1 hour. Light and very tasty.
