Brenda says "This is delicious!  Folks will think you slaved for hours!"

Line bottom of 13 x 9 pan with whole graham crackers.  Set aside.

Prepare one large box chocolate instant pudding according to package directions.  Fold in one small container Cool Whip.  Spread over graham crackers.

Top with another layer of graham crackers.

Open one can ready-to-spread chocolate frosting.  Melt in microwave until it will pour from tub.  Pour over the graham crackers. 

Refrigerate overnight.
