Whole Wheat or Other Grain Bread Loaf
adapted from Fleischmann's Yeast Best-Ever Breads, 1993

1/2 recipe master bread dough but substitute half of the regular flour with whole wheat or other grain flour
melted butter
sesame or other seeds

On lightly floured bread board, roll dough to 12 x 7-inch rectangle. Beginning at short end, roll up tightly as for jelly roll cake. Pinch seam and ends to seal. Place, seam side down, in greased 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 inch loaf pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with seeds. Cover with lightly greased plastic wrap, let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 30 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack.
