- Assorted nuts (not including some of the guests): Sugared Pecans, Salted Pecans, Spanish Peanuts and Cashews

- Sausage, Peppers, and Onions on hoagie rolls
- Baked Ziti (A non-meat version of lasagna)
- Hamburgers for the kids. (We'll cook these ahead of time and keep them in beef broth.)
- Hot Apple Cider (a must anytime you entertain on cold days)
