2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup cocoa

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsp. Vanilla

2 cups grated zucchini
Glaze:
2 teaspoons butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 plus tablespoons milk
Cake:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Mix sugar and eggs. Add oil and vanilla. Add zucchini and mix about 10 seconds. Mix in dry ingredients. Make sure the zucchini is well mixed.
Bake in greased Bundt® pan for 55-60 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, finish on rack.
Glaze:
Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add vanilla and cocoa. Mix. Add milk (and more, if needed) to desired glaze consistency.
