"Let the good times roll" is happening right now in New Orleans until Fat Tuesday, February 5th. Eating is a big part of this Mardi Gras celebration of which desserts and other treats play a big part.When I think of eating in New Orleans, I immediately think about Chef Emeril Lagasse. From Emeril's Kitchens is a great cookbook that features many of the recipes from his restaurants in New Orleans and other cities.
