My church is having a bake sale this weekend to raise money for the Circle of Friends. The Circle of Friends is a group that prepares potluck luncheons that are served after all funerals. There are so many of us in the group that we personally only have to contribute food for three months a year. It all depends on how many funerals there are and the size of each group. The most funerals I've contributed to in a year are probably only four. Once a year, we have a bake sale to raise money for all of the other things that aren't brought in like coffee, paper products, etc.
For the bake sale, I prepared these Chocolate Peanut Clusters. I divided the prepared treats in half. One half was divided between two quart canning jars. The other half I divided between six resealable plastic bags. I brought them to church yesterday. When I went back this morning, they had already sold.
