After making that delicious Angel Food Cake, what do you do with all of those egg yolks? My answer is to make Homemade Lemon Curd. It tastes so much better than a store-bought version. The last time I made some Homemade Lemon Curd all my daughter could say was: "I could just eat this with a spoon."
