Galaktoboureko
Cousin Louis and his family came to stay with us this last weekend. Unfortunately, there wasn't time for him to make his famous (to us anyway) recipe for Galaktoboureko, a custard baked within layers of filo dough. We still talk about how wonderful it was served warm. Now, you don't have to wait for Uncle Louie to visit to have this wonderful Greek dessert.
