Almost Better Than Cookies - Cheese Straws

It's Christmas Eve and I'm still baking up a storm. So much for all of that bake ahead stuff. Who would have thought that almost all of my stored up goodies would be consumed already? Mental note for next year... bake much more!

This is one of my family's favorite homemade snacks. Not only do they make a good afternoon snack but they're a crowd pleaser at our parties too. Kid's like to help make these Cheese Straws too.
