Don't Forget the Pumpkin Pie

Thanksgiving is just a week away. Have you bought your Pumpkin Pie ingredients yet? I keep mine on hand all year. I do it because my daughter's best friend's father just loves pumpkin pie. Whenever the girls (my daughter and her friend) need a big favor from him, they have me bake him a pie. Actually, for the last couple of years my daughter has made it. That's how simple Pumpkin Pies are to make.
