Got Extra Peaches?

With fresh peaches being so prevalent this time it's easy to have a few past the point of eating plain. It only took seven small to medium peaches to fill a 9x13 pan for this cobbler recipe. If you only have 3 peaches, half the recipe by using a single layer cake mix and half of the other ingredients.
