Pig Pickin' Cake - Absolutely Scrumptious!

"Absolutely Scrumptious!" is what Moonbeam311 titled her User Review at the bottom of this recipe. She goes on to say "This cake is easy to make and it is absolutely delicious!! Every one who's tasted this has loved it. I made one for the neighbors and another for work. Both times it was a big success. I thoroughly reccommend that everyone try it."

Besides comments of this being a good cake, I've gotten loads of emails about the cake's name. For the longest time, I assumed the name came from the way people were when they ate it. Although, most agreed that people may act like pigs when eating it, that's not where the cake got its name. I learned that a pig pickin' is a Southern barbecue.
