My husband loves coconut but the girls and I aren’t big fans of the texture. Last night I made 2 versions of this pie. One with flaked coconut for him and one without the flaked coconut (using one half of one small can of drained pineapple tidbits instead) for the girls and I. Both versions were huge hits. Thanks for a perfect summer dessert!
