Citrus Chess Pie

Wednesday July 16, 2008
Citrus Chess PieChess Pies are considered budget desserts because they are made from what's on hand. This Citrus Chess Pie is a perfect example. I planned to make a Pineapple Chess Pie, but didn't have any pineapple. I used what I had on hand, a can of citrus salad. It turned out to be a very tasty pie.
