Gotta Have the Salty With the Sweets

I have fond memories of traveling by car with Mother and Dad. A roadtrip didn't go by without stopping at a roadside stand to buy warm boiled peanuts. Mother would have a bath towel in her lap to catch any drips.

You don't have to stop by a roadside stand to have these tasty boiled peanuts made in the crockpot.
