Pecan Pie - A Favorite of Two Mothers

With only three -3- more days left until Mother's Day, I am reminded of my mother's and, coincidently, my mother-in-law's favorite dessert: Pecan Pie. In fact, it is the only dessert I can count on my mother-in-law eating.

What makes this Pecan Pie better than the rest? It's not overly-sweet. It's made with rich brown sugar and lots of pecans. Be sure to make one for your mother and/or mother-in-law on their special day.
