Today is Cinco de Mayo

Even before I ever heard of the Cinco de Mayo celebrations, I've always craved Mexican food this time of year. I guess it's the warm weather that causes chips, dips, Margaritas and sizzling meat to call my name. Of course, you can't eat those foods without having dessert afterwards.
