My Absolute Favorite Kitchen Appliance

I know each one of you must have a favorite kitchen appliance. My favorite kitchen appliance is a KitchenAid Stand Mixer. Mixing everything from whipped cream to bread dough is so much easier with this machine. Working with cookie dough is a snap. I couldn't imagine having to hold a hand mixer the 10 minutes required in the recipe for Ultimate Brownies. You can read more about this wonderful machine in my KitchenAid Mixer review.

I have 3 most favorite appliances. They are my Bosch mixer, my small food processor and my salad shooter. I can do almost everything with these three–from making bread dough to mixing up my cream soup mix and hot chocolate mix.
