Margarita Pie

Okay, you wouldn't have this pie in your picnic basket, but it's the perfect adult dessert - ice cold, sweet, salty and alcoholic. I usually take my Margarita Pie in its own cooler. I first put the pie in a resealable container. Then it goes in the cooler with an ice block. If there's a lot of room leftover in the cooler, I'll stuff it with crumpled-up newspaper. Just be sure and not leave the cooler in the sun or in the car.
