Basic Crepe Recipe

I don't know why I only make crepes a couple of times a year. I just love them. They are good for desserts and for dinner entrees. I like to eat them as pancakes, too. It doesn't matter the way in which you use crepes, they'll all taste great with this Basic Crepe Recipe.
