Yes, it's that time again! My daughter is back to school after summer vacation. As usual, half of me is thrilled to have my house and computer back (at least for a couple of hours anyway). The other half misses her and mourns the fact that she's growing-up too fast.

Today, I'm going to surprise her with these Peanut Butter Cereal Bars for an afternoon snack. Truthfully, she'll probably prefer whatever leftovers we have in the fridge. I'm the one who'll be eating the cereal bars. I just love that peanut butter - chocolate combination.
