I just love making this bread for my daughter's school snack. You just can't beat the love you get from a great slice of Banana Bread, especially if it's shaped like a heart. I have a set of baking tubes that I use to make this bread. You just bake the bread in them and when you cut them I get the shapes of hearts, daisys and stars.
