Slightly Unusual Snack

Wednesday August 11, 2004
There are two things that make this recipe for granola different. One is that it is baked in the microwave. The other is that popcorn is one of the ingredients. I think Microwave-Baked Granola is the perfect snack that can be made my the younger chefs in your home. Don't forget about your college students, too. They can keep all of the ingredients on hand and bake this in their dorm microwave.
