Healthy But Tasty Snack

I always have a hard time getting my daughter to eat healthy snacks. I guess just using the word "healthy" automatically causes her to refuse any food with that name in it. She does love sweet and crunchy things, which makes this recipe for homemade granola the perfect snack for her. Granola is so versatile, too. Once I make up this mix, I can use it as cereal, the topping for baked fruit or with other ingredients to make bars. I know you'll enjoy making your own granola, too.
