Low Fat and Low Carb Dessert

I'm always looking for low fat and low carb desserts. It seems to me that they don't always go hand-in-hand. If it's low fat, too much sugar is usually added. If it's low carb, no one seems to care about the tremendous amount of fat that is in the recipe. I think this recipe for Orange Dream Cheesecake fits the bill of a low fat and low carb dessert. I can't wait to try it. How about you?
