For the First Time

Last week I was in Tarpon Springs, Florida, home to a thriving Greek community. I just love it there. There are so many interesting shops and great restaurants. It made me feel like I was back on a Greek island in the Aegian. While I was there I finally got to try some Diples. Diples are a Greek pastry that is deep-fried and served with honey. You don't have to go to Tarpon Springs to try Diples, too. You can make them with this recipe.
