I want to share two emails I received today. The first one is from Milk Madam who wrote: "I just had to second your SPQ (Sweet Potato Queens) Big-A-- Cookbook and Financial Planner recommendation! What a HOOT this book truely is..."
I also got this one from an actual Sweet Potato Queen. "Say Miz Carroll- Mah name is Queen Tammy of The Emerald Queens Chapter of the Sweet Potato Queens in Seattle Washington and I just want to thnak yew evah so for givin' our HRH (Her Royal Highness) Jill Conner Browne's most recent book such a fabu reeview!"

The recipes are fat-filled and wonderful, but don’t go to the sweet potato queen website. The women there are horrible and Jill doesn’t do anything about it.
It was bad enough that I took all of her SPQ books and sold them at the Half Price Bookstore. It really left a bad taste in my mouth.
