Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes

I adapted this recipe I got on a flyer from Southern Living cookbooks. I also changed the name. They called them Christmas Cupcakes. The only holiday-ish thing about them was that they were dipped in Christmas sprinkles. I came up with the other name because they are chocolate cupcakes and they have a cream cheese, milk chocolate chip surprise in them. Enjoy some Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes today.
