When I think about comfort foods, chocolate is almost always my first consideration. What better than a piece of chocolate cake to give you a big internal hug?

So if you had to guess, would you consider Peanut Butter Cookies to be a Drop Cookie, a Refrigerator/Icebox Cookie or a Molded Cookie? Actually, these cookies are a combination of a couple of kinds. Then again, does it really matter which Type of Cookie they are as long as they are delicious.
